Disclaimer

I’d like you to please read and understand this disclaimer about live edge wood and epoxy resin furniture.

  • —Before a piece of wood is made into something, it is a tree; it will forever try to be a tree. Tree trunks that stand 100 feet tall will try to hold their round shape after being cut down with the same strength, particularly when cut into slabs of wood with any live edge.

  • —Placing hot things directly on the wood/epoxy can permanently change or damage the finish.

—Wipe the fluids immediately with a clean microfiber cloth if the surface gets wet.

  • —I recommend cleaning the surface of your furniture with warm water and natural wood oil.

  • —Although wood and cured epoxy resin can withstand high and low temperatures, the environment your piece is in is crucial to its condition. The temperature and humidity must be regulated with an average humidity of 50% and a temperature of at least 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • —Small cracking of the wood and moving of resin/knots is perfectly normal for handcrafted live edge and resin tables. I limit these movements with C-channel and angle iron supports recessed at the bottom of all large tops.

  • —Natural light and airflow can dry out your table or bar top, so condition it regularly with natural wood oil and a microfiber cloth. —Close or adjust shades to help limit harmful UV rays.

  • —Due to the custom nature of each piece, I do not offer refunds or returns. Damages can be repaired, and maintenance may be necessary.
